Archive Policy

Applied Engineering: Jurnal Rekayasa dan Sains Terapan, published by GRM Academic Press, is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and security of its scholarly content. The journal supports digital preservation practices to maintain continuous access to published articles for authors, readers, researchers, and the wider academic community.

To support long-term digital preservation, the journal adopts the LOCKSS system, which stands for “Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe.” This system enables distributed archiving among participating libraries and allows them to create permanent archives of journal content for preservation and restoration purposes.

In line with this preservation policy, Applied Engineering: Jurnal Rekayasa dan Sains Terapan stores its published issues and articles on the journal website and the publisher’s digital server. The journal may also preserve and disseminate its content through institutional repositories, national library systems, indexing databases, and other digital preservation networks.

Furthermore, the journal supports the use of the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) to strengthen its digital preservation infrastructure and ensure sustainable access to published scholarly content.
